You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been generated and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as medicines cannot be returned or resold under UK law.
If your prescription request is declined following clinical review, you will not be charged for the medication. Any refund due will be processed within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
